We refer to the announcements made on 17 July 2019, 22 July 2019, 23 July 2019 and 4 September 2019 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 9 December 2019 approved the Company’s application for an extension of time up to 17 January 2020 to submit the draft circular to Bursa Securities.
