Y.M. Raja Hizad Bin Raja Kamarulzaman, 64, is an entrepreneur and professional business advisor. He is an independent director for public listed company Mtouche Technology Berhad, and non- executive chairman for Iretex Corporation Berhad.
He is a project director with EAG Consulting Sdn Bhd, an Environmental Analytical Green Consultant where he is responsible for the administration of the Company.
He also sits as an advisor to several projects ranging from oil & gas, logistics, and infrastructure concessions in Malaysia.
He has more than 38 years working experience in architectural and planning construction projects.
Y.M. Raja Hizad Bin Raja Kamarulzaman holds a Certificate in Town Planning from Institut Teknologi MARA (currently known as Universiti Teknologi MARA) and Diploma in Town Planning Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Mr. Neo Wee Hoe, is a young entrepreneur with vast experience in sales & marketing, founded Renox Stainless Steel Co., Ltd in Bangkok, Thailand with his founding partners.
Through their passion to serve the stakeholders together with strong sales background, Renox starts to spread heading its footprints into the Thailand Food & Beverage market.
Besides being the Group MD for Renox Group, Mr. Neo is currently IQZAN’s Interim Group CEO, and Chief Business Development.
Mr. Sarvinder Singh Sohon Singh

Mr. Sarvinder was attached to PT Nohara Alta Indonesia (NAI) from uly 2017 until 2019, and held the factory manager post, handling operations management.
Prior to NAI, he was factory manager for Hume Concrete East Malaysia since June 2015. Earlier, he was factory manager for Hup Seng Building Material in Tawau Sabah. Before Hup Seng,
Mr. Sarvinder was factory manager and operation manager for Deluxe Premium Bricks Sdn Bhd, Pakai Industries Berhad, GK Plastics Sdn Bhd and Philips and JVC Video (M) Sdn Bhd, from 1989 – 2012.
Hi experience in factory management, from production, loading and unloading, logistics, procurement and purchasing, inventory, operation reports, human resource, government compliances, and plant & machineries maintenance is an asset to IQZAN group.
Norman bin Zainuddin

Mr. Norman is the Executive Director, and special project business development manager for IQZAN group. He sources, reviews, and evaluates potential business plan, and reports to the board for commercial decisions.
Prior to joining IQZAN, he was self-employed and giving IT consultancy services to prospect customers. He was a Senior Manager Business Development in Elite Mobile Global Sdn Bhd, and Business Development Assistant Manager in ICE Mobile Sdn Bhd during 2011-2015. Mr. Norman was attached to several telecommunication companies in his early career since 1999.

Dato’ Ong is Non-Executive Director, and special project senior business advisor for IQZAN group. He assist in project sourcing, evaluation and reports to the chairman for commercial decisions.
Dato’ Ong is a seasoned entrepreneur and is the Managing Director in Superb Title Development Sdn Bhd since 2007, which owns and manages Evergreen Garden Hotel group. He was the founder of Seng Lee Co and Seng Lee Latex from 1987 – 2007.
