The Past 1995 – 2018
In 1995, two global strategic packaging established groups, Austin Foam Plastics Inc. in Texas, USA and ILP Group in Ireland came together to form a company in Penang, Malaysia, then Ire-Tex Malaysia was born. Subsequently, the company grown rapidly and further expands its operations into Tampoi, Johor, Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Xiamen and Suzhou in China, as well as Chennai, India.
Ire-Tex was initially set up to support the protective packaging needs of its sister companies in the Asia Pacific region. Over the years, Ire-Tex Group has become a one-stop packaging solution provider that offers the design, testing and manufacturing of a comprehensive range of polymer-based protective packaging products to its customers throughout the region.
The Group’s ability to provide total flexibility of service, competitive pricing, choice, delivery, overseas support and the finest quality has helped it to achieve its current position. Through years of development, the Group has acquired a packaging design capability that accommodates the varied needs of its customers in this high-tech sector of the industry.
Ire-Tex provides pack-assembly services and customer support by managing the inventory of materials for its customers. This includes full logistics back up for its “Just-In-Time” services which frees space at the warehouse of its customers and minimises hidden costs.
Over the years, the Group has continuously been committed in providing quality products and services to its customers. It has gained recognition for its quality standards and received the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. In 2001, the Group was accredited as ISTA member (International Safe and Transit Association), a US certified packaging testing laboratory body.

2019 – present
Ire-Tex was renamed Iqzan Holding Berhad (IQZAN Group) on 4th December 2019, and has transformed into a diversified investment holding group, with business ventures having sustainable initiatives such as green packaging, environmental friendly engineering processes, recycled industrial material processing, and smart manufacturing. The use of Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Block-Chain only perfected the business processes, and despite the advancement of technologies, IQZAN ensure customers the human touch is here to stay. Ire-Tex brand remains the intellectual property of the group under subsidiary Ire-Tex Packaging.

In line with IQZAN business expansion plan, the acquisition of Renox Group (Maxillion Link Enterprises Limited) have enabled IQZAN to gain access to wide range of segmental cross selling in the food packaging, engineering and advance machine designs. The company has representative offices in Bangkok, Jakarta, Manilla, and Kuala Lumpur.
Renox™ specialise products such as sintered wired mesh can be used for numerous filtration applications. It consist of multi-layers of woven mesh laminated together by ‘sintering’, a process of compacting and forming a solid mass of material by heat or pressure without melting it into the point of liquefaction.
Sintering enables multiple layers of different mesh weaving, making it highly customizable for target thickness, pore size, permeability, and mechanical durability. Some layers are used from high precision filtration while others layer will be providing support and reinforcement.
Renox proprietary Clean in Place (CIP) product line is one of the core technology developed by company research and development team. The FIT CIP is Decentralised CIP with modular designed that offers the premium performance, cost effective and flexibility to create customer’s own cleaning recipe to meet the specific production needs.
