Mr. Norman is the Executive Director, and special project business development manager for IQZAN group. He sources, reviews, and evaluates potential business plan, and reports to the board for commercial decisions.
Prior to joining IQZAN, he was self-employed and giving IT consultancy services to prospect customers. He was a Senior Manager Business Development in Elite Mobile Global Sdn Bhd, and Business Development Assistant Manager in ICE Mobile Sdn Bhd during 2011-2015. Mr. Norman was attached to several telecommunication companies in his early career since 1999.

Dato’ Ong is Non-Executive Director, and special project senior business advisor for IQZAN group. He assist in project sourcing, evaluation and reports to the chairman for commercial decisions.
Dato’ Ong is a seasoned entrepreneur and is the Managing Director in Superb Title Development Sdn Bhd since 2007, which owns and manages Evergreen Garden Hotel group. He was the founder of Seng Lee Co and Seng Lee Latex from 1987 – 2007.
